Our normal response times for core related questions will be within 2 working business days of receiving the information. During weekends or holidays you should expect for your ticket to be answered the next business day after we return to the office.  Please DO NOT submit more than ONE core ticket as this will not speed up your response!

NOTE: Core refunds will get refunded on average around 7-10 working days from the time RevMax receives the core. If the core is damaged or not useable you will be getting an email from us regarding your core refund.
